Welcome to my quest for the perfect Tiki Bar!Creating the perfect Tiki Bar is about finding:
The right bartender, the one who makes strangers seem like friends
The right location, enough people to keep it lively but not so many they block the view
The right drink, cool and smooth delivering that loose limbed sensation
And the right people with stories to tell that paint a picture of the entire world.
But mostly, the Quest for the Perfect Tiki Bar is a quest for a state of mind. I want to create that state of mind.
My dream is to open a place the delivers that experience. Join me in my quest as we explore what makes a perfect Tiki Bar, the great places in this world that can really use a Tiki Bar and some strategies for making a Tiki Bar successful. Along the way I will share some stories of the great Tiki Bars I have experienced (even if they were at the top of a big city sky scrapers) and the colorful people who populate them. I invite you to share your stories as well.
